Location:Work Type: Full time Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually Fantastic opportunity to join a Company with a World leading Cyber Security offering utilised by MSPs and Resellers as well as a very sticky ecosystem that includes CRM and Workflow Management tools.
You will be joining a small, fast-growing team within the business solutions branch where career progression is happening at a fast rate internally. This would be ideal for someone who wants to step up from a technical support role and move into Sales Engineering. With education at the heart of this Company's beliefs, you will never stop learning.
The role has been created off the back of 30% growth in the last 12 months and an aggressive acquisition plan focused on cementing its position as the go-to Tech vendor for MSPs and IT Resellers.
This is a hybrid role working as part of a closely knit team with an office near Town Hall.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing our partners with technical support and solutions to meet their needs. We are looking for a dynamic professional eager to help partners grow and succeed with the software solution offerings.
Some of the duties will include;
  • Responsible for representing technical aspects of the suite of products and proposing how these benefit prospective customers
  • Provide technical expertise and independent creative discretion in producing technical and product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Execute proof of concepts with prospects at both a technical and business level
  • Proactively scope technical solutions required to align product designs to customers’ business by interpreting customer requirements.
  • Work independently or as part of a sales team with customers to position technology to both business and technical users and through product capability assessments.
  • Prepare, research, and provide input into technical RFPs/RFQs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of technical sales techniques and processes, including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, assisting in developing business cases, and closing technical deals.
  • Pursues and maintains professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and education to ensure the ability to work independently as a key professional resource to the revenue organisation.
  • An ideal applicant will have at least two years' local Technical Support experience with strong communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach. Experience working for an MSPs or a Reseller is also highly regarded.

    Salary: Base up to $100k + Super + 25% commission variable
