We have an exciting opportunity for a for a full time permanent Maintenance Officer role to be based in two sites in Clarinda on the Park, Clarinda and Lovell House, Caulfield North.
As an experienced Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for routine building and grounds maintenance. You will reporting to the Property Infrastructure Manager will ensure to maintain a safe and attractive living environment for our residents.
Your day to day activities include:
Undertake hands on general ad hoc maintenance tasks across the building and groundsMaintain compliance with a daily task list, scheduled building and grounds maintenance programCoordinate contractors for relevant workMaintain a safe and attractive living environment for residents within set guidelineEnsure the residential home is always presented to a high standardWork collaboratively with the Residential Aged Care leaders and teams to deliver exceptional resident and community experience of the home To thrive in the role you will need:
Certificate/experience in a relevant tradeExtensive experience in a broad range of maintenance skills and have knowledge of building and grounds maintenanceExperience using computers along with comprehensive and electronic building and maintenance management programsBackground in planned preventative maintenance program and document to fulfil Government and other regulatory requirementsKnowledge of OH&S regulations and have a commitment to its implementation As a valued employee, your experience matters.
