    This company is transforming the construction industry with their software solution that collects data, manages tasks and generates reports. With no need to change your existing workflow, this software is designed to digitalise the day to day tasks in the construction and real estate industry. 
    Gone are the days of leaving a post-it on someone’s desk, only for it to be swept aside and forgotten. This software allows for easy to use sharing of information on busy project sites. 
    Starting in Vienna in 2017, this company has gone from strength to strength, with offices in over 11 countries and projects in over 60. In January 2022, they received a substantial investment to bring this software to the Australian market. 
    Working as a Sales Consultant, you will have 2 SDRs working to generate and qualify leads, with your responsibility being performing demos and closing deals. This is a fast-paced role, where you will receive 4-6 qualified leads per day. 
    This is a new venture into the Australian market, however, the team in Vienna brought on 3 new sales consultants in January 2022 whom all hit their OTE within 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is numbers-driven and looking for high earning potential. 
    After 6 months with the company, you will be flown to Vienna to meet the founders and the team based there. The team are also rewarded with other international trips due to high performance. 
    This technology is years ahead of the competition, with the ability to adapt and change very quickly. 
    You will have a clear, structured progression plan from day 1 and the team will work with you to ensure you achieve your goals. 
    This will be an office-based role until you have completed your training and then you will enjoy WFH flexibility. There will be some client visits however these will be based mainly in Parramatta, the Sydney CDB and the North Shore. You will be reimbursed for any travel expenses. 
    With a new office in Martin Place, you are well placed for public transport and close to many cafes and restaurants. 
    The salary on offer is up to $96k + Super base with uncapped commission. Your OTE will be around $90k however all salespeople in Vienna hit their OTE within 6 months.
