Job Summary

What is the role?

We have a rare opportunity to join The Coffee Club marketing team in our dynamic Campaigns Marketing Specialist role! 

Work across an exciting national brand, with exposure to all facets of marketing in an all encompassing position, responsible for the end-to-end management of The Coffee Club's 12-month promotional calendar, including ideation, campaign development and execution. 

This role is highly collaborative and partners with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns & promotions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of end-to-end 12-month promotional calendar;
  • Execution of end-to-end campaigns across Above the Line, Below the Line and Owned Media Channels;
  • Key contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g Printing Agency, Creative Team, Photographers, Food Stylists, etc.);
  • The go-to person for all franchise communications. 
  • Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a passionate and proactive marketer to join our team. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent, effective communication and interpersonal skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar marketing role (e.g. marketing coordinator, marketing specialist);
  • Experience with traditional media channels (Radio, Out of Home, Television, Display, Programmatic, etc.) as well as digital platforms;
  • Experience and comfortable writing copy for a variety of different channels; 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to execute our campaigns calendar;
  • A Business and/or Marketing degree or equivalent.
