Open from four, we're here to sate your liquid needs until the small hours. Bar food is straight from the kitchen of our upstairs sister venue and nationally awarded restaurant, The Heritage Wine Bar. In the basement, lights dimmed, bartenders working the pewter topped bar, there’s no better place to enjoy the care and craft of a well poured cocktail, teapot of punch, wine or beer. Quality, balance of flavour and spot on technique is Bobeche to a tee.
Qualifications & experience
- You must have a genuine love for the hospitality industry with a particular focus on classic cocktails
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar management role
- West Australian Approved Manager Card
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cocktail menu concepts, drinks development, team training
- Sincere and genuine service. Customer experience is the focus of all line managers
- Completing prep for menu, ensuring drinks recipes are followed and drinks are produced at a high quality standard
- Organise shifts by assigning staff sections, staff breaks and staff briefing
- Completing opening and closing checklists and till balances
- Tuesday - Saturday work week, closed on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays
- Full time role
