About the Opportunity:

The General Services Manager provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business and its employees on all services, other than those associated with clinical responsibility whilst supporting the overall achievement of both the organisations strategic business plan, and the functional operations of the business.
The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or the Health Services Sector is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication displaying a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate to achieve beneficial outcomes
  • Knowledge of contemporary operational management principles
  • Pragmatic and logical in approach
  • Proven decision maker
  • Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Must be results driven and focused
  • Knowledge and experience in rostering and coordinating a rostered team
  • Ability to understand financial management process (ordering, reconciliation, reporting)
  • NDIS Card
  • Fully approved Covid19 Vaccination Status
