About the Company:

This full-time position will be joining our existing team which comes from various trade related backgrounds to provide appliance installation and laundry solutions to our customers Australia wide.
About the Role:
A dynamic role working in the Commercial & Industrial Laundry sector where the successful candidate will be focused on a mix of warehouse work, including but not limited to, unloading shipping containers, loading machinery orders onto trucks via forklift using a mix of forks and clamps, assisting operations in machinery pre-delivery and installations. Learning on the go!
You will need to be reliable, have attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on time management, demonstrated planning and organising skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, with excel being essential competent. Ability to work either in a team or on your own.
Must haves:
- COVID Vaccinations
- Drivers’ License
- Forklift Licence
Nice to have:
- Restricted QLD Electrical Licence
Job Requirements:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Professional Phone Manner
- Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience a must
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Assertive attitude with a willingness to seek out and ask questions
- Well-developed capabilities in error and problem analysis
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Working autonomously under limited supervision. Working in a team environment.
- Be reliable, punctual
- Motivated and ability to self-manage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Interest in understanding how things work and how to fix machines
- Previous service and maintenance experience with any kind of plant or equipment
- Interest in or experience with installation and commissioning of equipment Pre-delivery of machinery
- Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential as you will be learning on the go
- Assertive attitude with a willingness to seek out and ask questions
- Well-developed capabilities in error and problem analysis
- Troubleshooting skills
- Be reliable, punctual
- Motivated and ability to self-manage
- Assisting with monthly stock takes
- General administrative and ad hoc duties as required
