    What We Seek 

    There is no standard model for Kearney consultants. We look for talented problem-solvers with intellectual curiosity who are ready to be active members of a client team.

    Core duties of a Manager

  • Structuring the problem and leading the problem-solving process, leveraging global Kearney experience, and bringing the best of the firm to the table, leveraging functional expertise and industry knowledge
  • Key client counterpart for engagements and advising senior executive stakeholders on solving business critical problems
  • Managing day to-day direction client engagement and acting as an interface between Kearney team and client organisation
  • Managing teams to ensure project work is continually on track and delivering bold and actionable insights for the client and to the highest standard of quality, in adherence to the budget
  • Identifying further business development opportunities and developing Kearney value propositions to support clients across those areas
  • The following general qualifications / competencies are preferred: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification with a preference for a Bachelor of Engineering or Commerce qualification
  • Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a top tier management consulting firm
  • Proven experience within the Communications, Media, and Technology sector
  • Minimum 6 to 10 years’ work experience in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • An innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Strong client consulting and strategic review skills 
  • Demonstrates experience in strategy and organisation effectiveness 
  • Digital and technology experience highly regarded
  • Extensive benchmarking experience
