About Us

Kearney is a trusted advisor to the world's foremost organizations; we help our clients achieve immediate impact and growing advantage on their most mission-critical issues. We have a strong heritage in strategic operations and transformation, creating value for our clients for almost 100 years. As a global consulting partnership in more than 40 countries, our people make us who we are. We’re individuals who take as much joy from those we work with as the work itself – we are original, authentic, collaborative and forward looking. Driven to be the difference between a big idea and making it happen, we help our clients deliver break through results.

Kearney’s Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) Practice

Every day we see the most innovative companies in the world developing and deploying never-seen-before technologies. Companies in this space aren’t just advancing society but enabling and inspiring those around them. Take the service and subscription-based business models in telecoms, cloud, streaming or online services, or the silicon- and software-based ones in tech—they’re at the cutting edge while other industries are just moving in this direction. And these are exactly the kinds of challenges that get us excited.

Thanks to our deep industry expertise serving leading telecommunications, media, and tech clients, we work along the whole value chain—from strategy, product development, customer interaction, and digital enablement to operations, procurement, large-scale cost programs, transformation, and supply chain. In technology we’re here to not only help navigate the shifts from hardware to software and products to services, but to tap into the incredible opportunities like the expansion from the consumer space into machinery, connecting smart cities, enabling AI and so on.

Variety of the projects we are currently working on include 5G B2B / B2C proposition design, commercial due diligence and M&A support for infrastructure monetization, network technology evolution, satellite / space opportunities, field services transformation, all of business global cost benchmarking, agile operating models, ESG and many others.
