 We are looking for someone special to join our busy team… Bidfresh Hamilton is a 6 day/week produce supplier to the dynamic Waikato market. Supplying coffee carts to government departments and everything in between. Bidfresh is at the forefront of the produce industry in New Zealand, offering an exceptional customer experience driven by passion, commitment, innovation and expertise.

 Our ideal candidate will come to us with a proven background in the hospitality or supporting industries and will possess a sound knowledge of all things food and food related. You will also have a passion for customer service. 

As Customer Services Representative you will have a range of duties including all inbound calls, accurate entry of customer orders, product queries and organizing of special order products, with an absolute focus on customer satisfaction.

You will have exceptional communication skills, an exceptional telephone manner and be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and history of reliability and accuracy with numbers as well as the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. 

Attributes of patience, persistence, flexibility, concentration and an eye for the fine detail are a must. Position includes Saturday work.

•Accuracy in all order and enquiry processing, to ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times. 

•An ability to work methodically and keep a clear head - particularly when under pressure. •Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
