Attend to customer enquiries (via phone) regarding their loans (post settlement) Ensure all enquiries are actioned accurately and professionally within SLA Liaise with third parties where required to service customers effectively Attempting to retain customers where possible (e. those looking to discharge) Maintain accurate records of customer accounts including data entry into the core banking system as required Manage loan file administration post-settlement Strive to service each customer with excellence, ensuring that customer needs are met About You:
1-2 years' experience in a contact centre environment Experience in mortgages and/or commercial property is essential Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills You are resilient and adaptable Superior customer service skills Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
