The SAP Programme manager will manage the full deployment of clients SAP S/4HANA programme.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
Project Management Certificate
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Programme Manager
Practical knowledge of SAP or an equivalent SI delivery methodology in Global Template context
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Commercial management
Ability to continuously improve the baseline methodology and the ways
MS Office and MS Project Expert
Awareness of S/4HANA technology
Awareness of S/4HANA delivery method differences in comparison to traditional SAP ECC
Evidence of managing 3rd party deliverables
Ability to set and maintain high compliance and standards

Responsibilities:

Setup the Programme of work: deliverables, team structure, governance, planning processes, reporting, risk and issue management processes, quality standards, sing-off processes, quality management plans, etc. per the programmes PMO established practices, own experience, project management best practice and Partner's best practice
Ensure the quality of the delivery to the agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget
Manage escalations
Manage and develop a relationship with the programmes Strategic Partner (Tier-1 System Integrator)
Manage 3rd party delivery including Country-specific 3rd partners
Provide leadership updates at various levels e.g. Delivery Board, Steering Committee
Manage commercial arrangements with all 3rd parties (statement of work, change requests, etc)
Define terms and reference for the team and manage team performance
Coordinate and facilitate management meetings
Provide leadership and motivation to the team
Provide inputs to improve and excel the Project Management methodology for the next Country deployment
Liaise with other Programmes in the Group
