Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Crew Experience Department Coordinator to be based in our Plano, Texas Restaurant Support Office. This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief of Crew Experience. This person will be responsible for supporting department leadership with scheduling and executing meetings, coordinating events, processing invoices, managing expense reporting, calendar management, as well as project management and team communications.

Job Responsibilities -

Crew Experience Department Leadership Support

* Provide direct support to the Chief of Crew Experience with calendar management, expense management, meeting agendas, meeting follow up action items and additional administrative tasks as requested
* Facilitate team communications including meeting notes and team updates
* Assist with processing invoices, expense report processing and department budget reporting
* Provide P-Card expense reporting support to department leadership
* Always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
* Maintains business calendar and team calendar; schedules meetings as needed
* Arranges and Manages travel arrangements
* Event Planning and Execution - Plan, lead and execute events and support the planning of meetings
* Project Management - Ensures team stays on track and submits needed documents on time
* Creation of Documents/Proof reading - uses a high level of detail-orientation to create
* Market Visit Preparation - collaborate with various Departments to coordinate and gather Restaurant information prior to Restaurant Visits
* Meeting Assistance - Prepares materials for meetings or presentations
* Department Contact - Serve as the liaison between Restaurant Support Office (RSO) Departments for planning processes

Qualifications -

* Restaurant experience preferred
* Relevant, professional experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel

Education (or equivalent experience) -

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Requirements -

* Eligibility to lawfully work in the U.S. is required
