The Assignment:

In this assignment you will get trained and certified on our Alinity Diagnostics System. You will be working with supporting our customers remotely by solving issues over the phone. In addition, you will be assigned a project that you will present in the end of the internship.

This internship stat mid-june and last until mid-august with a possibility for extension depending on the availability of the intern.

This internship opens for permanent employment after graduation.

What you will do:

* Respond to customer request received by email, phone or other channels
* Identify the customer needs and address them by forwarding the request to a specialist or support the customer directly
* Logging calls and tickets onto the call management system


* Graduate bachelor student or 4th or 5th year master level student in the field of medical / electrical / mechanical engineering, biotechnology or similar
* Analytical and well organized with a systematic working style
* Ideally you have some former experience with customer support
* Solution oriented mindset and quick learner
* Fluent in English and Swedish verbal and written
* Strong communication skills
