Lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop relationships and identify new opportunities with assigned accounts
* Develop and Maintain Customer Account Plans
* Negotiate and Close contracts
* Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition
* Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
* Establish Rapport and build relationships with both internal and external customers


* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Process Automation background/experience preferred
* 15+ years related industry experience required
* Experience working with or in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry.
* Account Management experience
* Understanding of contractual language and experience with contract negotiations
* Hand's On mentality working with internal groups (i.e. Proposals, Finance, Legal, etc.)
* Strong Written, Verbal, and Communication Skills
* Attention to Detail and Follow-Up
* Ability to manage multiple customers and/or projects at one time


* Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
* Automation solutions experience
* Solutions and partner-based business development
* Enterprise Software Solutions
* Global Strategic Account program development and deployment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment


* This position requires approximately fifty (50) percent travel including:
* Multi-night trips
* Local/Regional Travel (Vehicle)
* Domestic Travel (Air)
* Some International Travel (Air)
