The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of the material aspects of Kilkenny activities, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.

As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for:

* Responsibility for Material Planning, MRP Execution, Supply Positioning, Supplier Management, Build Schedule Management & Sub Assembly Planning

* Inventory & Warehouse Management, Inbound receipt processing & reconciliation, storage, picking & order fulfilment.

* Ensuring that the plant meets its customer service and inventory management goals.

* Ensuring the financial compliance of the department.

* Shipping of goods from the plant.

* Enterprise Resource Management - Technology savvy & SME in SAP ECC

* Supply Chain Strategy and Analytics

* Sales &Operations planning

* Promoting Lean and Continuous Improvement within the department using tools such as Performance Excellence review and Growth Plans.

* Ensuring that all policies are adhered to.

* Providing required resources to ensure all regulatory and quality assurance objectives are met.

* Meeting customer demand by ensuring product availability through effective utilization of available plant capacity.

* Informing site management of supply chain related issues requiring attention or improvement.

* Leading the areas responsible for planning, scheduling, purchasing and warehouse management.

* The planning, initiating and managing improvement projects to the supply chain area as needed to meet changing demands or requirements.

* Effective storage and segregation of materials in line with quality policy.


* Third level qualification in Business or applicable Supply Chain qualification. Five years' experience in a manufacturing environment including 3 years supervisory experience.

* Management experience of one of the following functions is preferred: Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, Warehouse.

* Experience with BOM/ECN and NPI management

* Strong Business Acumen.

* Manage strategic and tactical activity.

* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

* Strong Collaboration & influencing skills.
