This internship position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with ongoing Process Development projects.
* Work could include product concepts & prototype fabrication, business case evaluation, collaboration on projects with other departments (Operations, R&D, global Roche sites).

Who You Are

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Mechanical Engineering or Packaging Engineering or possibly Electrical Engineering

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during the program calendar year 2023.

* Familiar with engineering solid modeling / CAD software (AutoCAD Fusion, Solidworks, etc).
* Familiar with concept prototype fabrication process.
* Possibly, some familiarity with lasers used in manufacturing, vision systems and collaborative robotics.
* Important - willingness to learn, collaborate and look for potential solutions.
* Desire GPA 3.0 or higher.
* Previous work experience preferred.
* Student organization and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Program highlights

* Intensive full-time (40 hours per week), 12-week paid internship.
* Program start dates are in May and June 2023.
* Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

* Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.
* Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.
