Join AmTrust for a 6 month Workers Compensation Claim Training Program. In this program, you will learn how to evaluate, negotiate and resolve a Workers Compensation Claim. At the end of this program you will be on your way to a career in claims adjusting.

At AmTrust, we believe in organic growth and promoting from within. This Training Program will put you on a Claims career path. Employees will train in all aspects of Workers Comp Claims handling.

Even after the training program completes, AmTrust continues to invest in developing and training all adjusters to continue growing in their claims careers whether that means continuing to move through the adjusting field or wanting to move into leadership. We want to help develop highly skilled adjusters and future leaders as a part of this program!



Day to Day - Post Training

Examination: Determine liability

Investigation: Interview claimants, insured, review doctors files and gather notes

Negotiate: Learn and be trained in the best negotiation tactics. You will negotiate with claimants and insureds

Settlement: Resolve the claim to the findings of the claim

Be a part of a collaborative Team. Work in an office environment, which has energy and passion! This is an in office position, located in our Boca Raton, FL office


Skills Required

* 4 year College Degree or 3+ years of Corporate Office Experience.
* Customer Service Skills, Collaboration, Dedication
