Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Implementing New Or Renewing Accounts, New Legislation, And Products Across The Enterprise. Works With Cross Functional Hcsc Teams/Internal Stakeholders To Coordinate The Implementation. Responsible For Communications And Implementation Artifacts That Describe Progress, Issues, And Risks Surrounding The Implementation. Responsible For Managing Implementation Project Activities Of Low To Moderate Complexity. Gathering, Organizing, Analyzing, And Interpreting Marketing, Legislative, Financial, And Operating Data. Keeps Informed Of Best Practices And Strategic Trends In Product Lifecycle Management, Sales And Account Implementation, And Legislative Developments.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for the management and performance of assigned account, product and/or new legislation implementation. Support multiple priorities across projects and work with the implementation team to complete tasks on time. 2. Interact one-on-one and in group settings with departmental/inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings. 3. Support projects and form and maintain key partnerships with other/related HCSC business areas. 4. Act as implementation subject matter expert to internal and external customers. 5. Communicate with team, management, and key stakeholders to keep them informed of project deliverables, status updates and issue resolution. 6. Prepare reports and presentations as directed to support the overall delivery and execution of client, business, and operational requirements. 7. Work to ensure that appropriate materials raising awareness, providing education and training, reports, and deliverables are prepared and delivered to appropriate account executives, clients and HCSC management as needed. 8. May accompany account executives on service calls to explain benefit options, product features, and/or legislation issues, assist in open enrollment, etc. Perform related duties as required 9. Communicate and interact professionally and effectively with co-workers, management, and customers. 10. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. 11. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. 12. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree with 2 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience OR 4 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience. Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process. PC proficiency to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of product, marketing, sales, and claims adjudication. Written, executive presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
