We are looking for a Learning and Development Program Manager who will be heavily involved with teams across the organization including sales, marketing, product to ensure the successful administration and management of key learning (people development) programs and initiatives such as new hire programs, sales training programs and leadership development programs.

You will work in collaboration with business leaders, content developers, and learning team resources, to ensure the effective management and execution of core learning programs; outcomes and potential roadblocks are anticipated and considered. Continuous alignment and synergy will exist regarding program deliverables and execution.

A Day in the Life…..

* Collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure overall coordination and synchronization of program activities from design concept to launch to ongoing program management
* Working with project stakeholders to address critical issues and establish countermeasures
* Acting as the primary interface to internal clients for all issues related to program execution
* Identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks to cost, schedule and quality
* Measuring and reporting program performance and evaluation
* Acting as "internal champion" to drive engagement and completion of program components

What We Need from You….

* 3+ years' experience in a program delivery role working in a corporate L&D team
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and internal teams
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work on a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple learning programs simultaneously
* Proven track record of internal/external client management and success in cultivating relationships
* Demonstrated experience using analytics to iterate opportunities for improvement and/or making changes to adapt to needed changes
