**Summary**

Works directly with Client Solutions leadership on the strategic vision of Freeman. This position will be tasked with communicating, managing and directing that vision within the department, as well as, with customer, clients and constituents outside of Freeman.

This position must be able to provide clear and decisive direction to all members of the Client Solutions team. To accomplish this there must be strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to analyze existing processes while formulating new processes to carry Client Solutions expertise to the next level.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Differentiators

+ Individual Volume - $1 million or more

+ Team Volume - $3 million or more

Leadership

+ Directs team in the successful and profitable production of revenue opportunities.

+ Works with Directors, Senior Directors, and executive leadership to maintain and generate new business.

+ Reviews all job quotations for accuracy and to ensure positive response from customers.

+ Meets with key clients, assisting business development with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales team.

Talent Management

+ Hire, appraise, train, coach and mentor direct reports

+ Recruits, develops and retains team members.

+ Conducts weekly staff meetings to discuss workload, capacity and consumption.

+ Resolves employee and account related issues.

+ Executes on training programs as determined by leadership.

+ Manages account and personnel succession planning.

+ Ensures standardization of pre-onsite-post tools are being utilized

+ Collaborates with branches as required.

Operations

+ Manages and coordinates a consistent process of information flow utilized by all department members.

+ Monitors accurate, precise Work Ticket information flow to Operations in a timely, procedural fashion.

+ Creates a cohesive presence within the department so all work in unison and with the same ultimate goals of client satisfaction.

+ Assists the Director on timely resolution of branch issues or department issues

+ Assists in developing, maintaining and improving account specific SOP's

+ Departmental administrative duties: Pcard, Expense, PTO approval, and other reports as assigned

+ Assists in managing inter-department process flow with other department heads to streamline and maintain a consistency of information and communication strategies.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Budget

+ Directs forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

+ Ensures accurate budgets/forecasts on all accounts in group.

+ Manages within team operational budget.

Analytics

+ Ensures salesforce.com data integrity.

+ Prepares periodic reports as needed.

Miscellaneous

+ Supports team on major proposals, pricing and presentations.

+ Participates in industry organizations.

+ Conducts random invoice audits to verify accurate account billing.

+ Functions as liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

+ Responds to complaints and resolves problems with internal and external customers.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Less than two (2) years of related leadership experience

+ Three (3) or more years of related sales experience and/or training

+ Has proven the ability to successfully lead teams in the successful and profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $500 thousand or more

+ Experience in event, exhibit and/or trade show account management

+ Reasonable financial background with the ability to prepare, review and approve show services budgets and invoice reconciliation

+ Ability to read construction plans, set-up drawings and floor plans

+ Ability to navigate ECS, Passport, CBS, COS and other systems as required

+ Key role on major accounts

+ Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and SalesForce.com is required

+ Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications

+ Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required

+ Knowledge of billing procedures

+ Max Salary $100k, based on experience

**Travel Requirements**

Travel 25% to 50%
