ICS - Colleague Relations & Compliance Team

People and Community (P&C)

HR Employee Relations & Risk Operations Associate

Core Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

+ Provide support for the Firm's Data Loss Prevention program, including reporting, investigations, partnering with stakeholders for follow up and escalation

+ Serve as a second interviewer for various low risk matters, including investigations

+ Provide general Employee Relations support

Administrative Support:

+ Create content, draft communications, and assist with sending standard communications

+ Process and audit of vendor invoices monthly

+ Provide operations support to weekly team meeting agendas/proactively align on prioritization of topics, take meeting minutes and track progress through full resolution

+ Support monthly team calls, including coordination with stakeholders and leading meeting facilitation

+ Day to day management of three shared team inboxes

+ Provide administrative support to compliance matters/tracking

+ Compile regular and ad-hoc reports from various systems in response to compliance monitoring

+ Perform other related duties as directed by Colleague Relations & Compliance team.

COVID-19 Support:

+ Perform COVID-19 contact tracing in accordance with firm protocols and client driven requirements

+ Execute client driven COVID-19 inquiries and partner with various stakeholder groups on risk management

Qualifications (Personal Characteristics, Skills/Abilities, Academic):

The ideal candidate will be:

A business-minded associate with a focus on providing superb colleague care, conveying empathy, patience, and outstanding listening skills in a highly collaborative, client-service orientated environment.

+ Experience in working with highly confidential, complex, and sensitive private health information.

+ Experience in prioritization and demonstrated ability to be effective in supporting multiple business partners working across different business areas of focus.

+ Highly collaborative and action-oriented, with strong influencing skills; someone who is a change agent who can build collaborative relationships across a matrixed organization.

+ Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with confidence; willingness to "roll up their sleeves" and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

+ Operationally focused with ability to think strategically and deliver tactically.

Skills required:

+ 1-4 years of experience working in Human Resources

+ Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other related platforms

+ Intermediate MS Excel proficiency (i.e., can independently execute v-lookups and pivot tables)

+ Familiarity with HRIS programs, Oracle HCM preferred

+ Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and meeting facilitation skills

+ Ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential, and private information of personnel

+ High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and excellent judgment

+ Keen listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy while discussing difficult topics

+ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with focus on quality results

+ Prior work experience in HR and/or working with people/sensitive matters; personable and cordial demeanor

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
