What You'll Do

The Professional Development Manager (PDM) will be the lead person in the field for all Professional (Pro) related business. The PDM will be the point person responsible for growing the Pro business within a specific region by assisting but not limited to pull through of retail. The PDM will assist in key learning of the market through our Professional Test Drive (PTD) process as well as end user and dealer relationships. You'll get to:

* Develop strategic plans in conjunction with other sales team members in your region
* Performing end user demos with landscapers and municipalities. These will be dealer leads, marketing leads or leads you develop on your own
* Develop strong relationships with large landscapers and municipalities within their territory
* Train sales team and dealers on all programs and products relating to the Pro business

Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within the equipment sales industry, OPE industry preferred
* Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
* Strong organizational skills with CRM system experience
* DOT certification or ability to pass DOT requirements and experience with using trailers to transport equipment
* 50% travel
