  • Responsible to take beverage orders from guests, prepare drinks correctly and return these orders in a timely manner.

  • Responsible to enforce guest intoxication limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.

  • Responsible to take food orders from guests, and deliver these orders to the guest when applicable.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.

  • Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers, clean and orderly.

  • Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Learn and follow through with all departmental training materials to maintain proper training.

  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.

  • Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Physical Demands:

    • must be able to lift 40 pounds
    • must be able to perform repetitive tasks
    • must be able to work safely in a busy kitchen environment

    Education: None Required

    Training/Experience: Six months experience in cocktail service, bartending or bar back.


    • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
    • Must complete all required company training.

    POSITION SUMMARYThe employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Brew Brothers Bartender is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience while controlling levels of intoxication.
