Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is Regular Full Time position.

As a Pastry Cook you will be responsible for:

• Preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice cream, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays, centerpieces and special request items.

• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.

• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.

• Meet with the Executive Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One to two years' experience as Pastry Cook

• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
