Opportunity

The IT Quality Assurance Manager plays a key role in analyzing Vestcom's current IT business processes, identifying risks, and driving initiatives to reduce quality issues across the IT Function. In this role, you will use continuous improvement and quality methodologies to ensure the client's expectations are successfully executed through Vestcom's business systems. As the IT Quality Assurance Manager, you will understand the downstream impact of proposed changes, and collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize business resources, raise standards, and develop best practices.

? Key Areas of Responsibility

* Develop, track, and drive metrics pertaining directly to internal and external quality of the IT function.
* Manage high impact projects, ensuring project and department goals are met. Projects will vary in scope.
* Partner with key stakeholders to design, test, implement, and evaluate current business processes.
* Responsible for evaluation of current procedures and other key initiatives, leading to successful execution of recommended changes. Ongoing reviews, updates, and optimization strategies are essential.
* Deliver platform recommendations to establish standardization.
* Collaborate cross-departmentally with Engineering, Data Operations, PQA, Proofing, Operations, and Creative Services, to develop best practices and standards that reduce quality issues for our clients and remove risk from processing client requests.
* Identify areas requiring enhancement by assessing the IT and Quality Assurance practices, providing strategic direction through augmentation of current processes, including development and application.
* Manage investigations into quality trends and remediation/preventative actions.
* Drive process improvement and foster a mindset of continuous improvement based on data-driven insights and key performance indicators.
* Communicate complex business factors, product design, and technical issues effectively, both verbally and in written communication, across the organization.

? Key Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
* Three plus years of related experience required with supervisory experience a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with solid aptitude for conducting research and problem-solving.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Skilled in building and maintaining strong, effective working relationships, to influence business units within the organization without formal authority.
* Ability to be innovative and think creatively about dependencies between new and existing technologies and business processes.
* Project Management and experience with Business Process Modeling and MS Visio a plus.
* Prior experience with Agile and DevOps delivery practices preferred.

* Travel up to 30% of the time.
