Job Description

The Position:
As the Service Manager - Organisational Excellence, you will be responsible for leading the Organisational Excellence Team to support and create a culture of performance, organisational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will provide support, guidance and oversight of the Organisational Excellence team by triaging all incoming enquiries from internal customers, provide high level analytical reporting and manage escalation and resolution of complex contractual enquiries. You will also identify areas of emerging risk to the business, identify any contractual requirement changes and liaise with the relevant stakeholder to ensure resources are updated and the relevant parties trained. Oversight of user access and terminations will also form part of your responsibilities in this role.
You will also assist with external and internal audits aligned with the compliance and quality management system objectives for Disability Employment Services, Workforce Australia and ParentsNext programs, and oversight preparation and delivery of training to employees (face to face and online) to improve compliance and service delivery across employment services.


Attributes and Skills:
Proven management experience within employment services, ideally across multiple employment services contracts (Disability Employment Services, ParentsNext, Workforce Australia)
Proven high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
Demonstrated ability in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with audit and assurance activities pertinent to employment services (ISO9001:2015, RFFR - ISO27001, National Standards Disability Employment Services, Quality Assurance Framework)
Current drivers license and reliable transport.
