YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Producer well-versed in all forms of content production to join as a Content Lead.

The primary role of the Content Lead is the development of and optimisation of content within our Content Studio in Sydney. Reporting into our National Content Director, the Content Lead crafts content for the new world, and works closely with our Business Partnership, Product and Operations teams. In this role, you will be tasked with leading, overseeing and ensuring all scope in your content team remit are delivering brilliant, smart production solutions in a cost-effective and timely manner.

As a Content Lead, you will be responsible for driving efficient and effective delivery across your team, ensuring we always put forward the smartest solution, are on brief, on brand, on time, commercially effective and consistently exceed expectations. Working in collaboration with our thinkers, you ensure we consistently develop smarter day-to-day experiences that are feasible, answer the current brief and the brief just around the corner.

You support the National Content Director on creative production strategy, while being solutions-driven and audience-first in approach. You own and make day-to-day delivery decisions in relation to your team, approving commercials, scheduling and offering guidance, helping your team overcome potential hurdles, escalating to the National Content Director when required.

WHAT IT TAKES

12+ years of experience, ideally combining hands-on senior producing experience both agency and production side with creative/media agency exposure.
You have the ability to constantly think of smarter strategies for delivering content and how we can push into the digital ecosystem, with extensive experience in directing crafters and makers to create smarter content for the new world.
As a leader, you makes considered decisions and take considered risks, sharing the latest trends and technologies, mentoring, pushing for growth and upskilling, innovating and ensuring our people know what the “edge” looks like
Different from traditional leaders, you are visible, vocal and inspiring, helping build on content platforms and educate our full business on how we can create better content, smarter.
Leading by example, you are not afraid to get hands-on and are able to get your team to buy in, clearly articulating the ‘why’ and ‘how’ for recommended solutions.
You are a strategic thinker, always able to solve the most complex of content platform challenges.
You have strong teamwork skills and thrive in a large team, working with executive leaders, team leaders, consultants, thinkers, crafters, technicians, and makers.
You know when to consider automation platforms and measurement tools to be utilised creatively to deliver ROI.
You have a well-established network of non-traditional content talent to tap into.
You live and breathe the company values, demonstrating hands-on exemplary work ethics.
You are commercially aware and commercially savvy – you create persuasive business cases that consider the bigger business picture, billiability, managing resources, capacity and utilisation.
