How will I help?
As Merchant Services Banker, you provided exceptional customer service to our Merchant Banking Customers . You'll focus on best servicing our Merchant Customers over the phone by using both systems and processes efficiently and accurately within agreed service levels.

We have multiple roles available:
Working in our in-bound contact centre, you will provide accurate and timely responses to simple and complex inquiries for Westpac Group Merchant Banking products and services, including EFTPOS, transactional and online facilities

Working in our out-bound contact centre you will contact Westpac Group Merchant Banking customers requiring upgrades and to book appointments with customer to swap their machines.

These roles are full-time, max-term positions, based out of Kings Meadow, Launceston. Training will be core business hours, however once fully competent you will need to be flexible to work on a roster between the hours of 8am and 10pm, Monday to Friday and willbenefit from flexible working arrangements.

What do I need?
You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, you are a creative problem solver and a team player who is able to build professional relationships easily.

In addition, you will need:
Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Resilience and adaptable to change

Experience working in Contact Centres and working towards service level agreements would be desirable
