About the opportunity
Apply your customer service skills and caring nature to build connections and solve problems, this newly created role asResident Liaison Coordinator – Care & Wellbeingwill provide enhanced advocacy and support for residents, their representatives, and families.
Join a supportive team on a part-time basis (0.6FTE, 46 hours per fortnight)days and work hours will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
The Residential Liaison Coordinator - Care & Wellbeing plays an integral role in facilitating the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and provides concierge like services to residents and their representatives.

About you
Demonstrated experience with delivering high-quality customer services and care to a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to relate and communicate with customers with respect, courtesy, and sensitivity
Strong problem-solving skills and use of initiative
Demonstrated empathy, being able to put yourself in the shoes of others
Strong time management skills demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritise work activities, and work well under pressure
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team effectively
Ability to form strong working relationships with a multi-disciplinary team
Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
The ability to readily adapt to new technology

Please note the following requirements for work in the Aged Care Sector:
Current Influenza vaccination
COVID19 vaccination/ both doses and booster
Current National Police Clearance
