Job Description

Due to an internal transfer, we have an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our Sydney CBD Business Services team. Working closely with the Administration Director, this role is integral in creating, delivering, and enabling consistent positive and best in class experience for clients, guests and employees in Colliers office locations.
Some of your duties include:
Communicate and implement operations policies as required and communicate office policies to all employees.
Oversee corporate hospitality in-house services and event provisions and deliver exceptional experiences that drives revenue growth and enhance the Colliers brand.
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines within areas of responsibility, e.g. stationery, office appearance.  Ensure all infrastructure and branding of new or refurbished offices complies with Colliers standards.
Manage suppliers and form stakeholder relationships to ensure a seamless delivery for employees.
Continual improvement in office management services, including investigating contemporary solutions to problems and challenges.
Management of Sydney CBD Front of house / Guest Services personnel. Ensure the implementation of strategy, policy and procedures are being upheld in office.
Attend regular business service manager meetings to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding process are followed.
Participate in projects as required from time to time to ensure continual improvement within programs and increase offering.
Manage, review, and update relevant administrative content on the Company’s intranet (The Hub).
Manage the Colliers corporate mobile phone plan, salary sacrifice scheme and office parking requirements for Sydney CBD and North Sydney office.

Qualifications

Able to demonstrate how to deliver exceptional client and guest service offering.
Broad and detailed practical knowledge of office management and providing efficient solutions to administrative requirements
Experience in space planning and developing proactive strategies around the efficient use of space.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare regular reports and updates to senior leaders.
Well-developed time management skills, with the ability to meet set deadlines – project management experience would be an asset.
