Circles is on the lookout for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who thinks creatively, loves the idea of challenging the status quo and wants to work in a business where people respect what marketing can bring to the table. Based in Sydney you will have a strategic mindset and an appetite to ‘change the game’. We want to lead the charge by giving customers what they want when they want it. You will
play an integral part in the development and execution of our ambitious marketing plans
seek out best practice, test and learn strategies that deliver explosive growth
use insights and results to understand consumer behaviours
identify and manage key conversion points in our marketing funnel
manage and optimise landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating tools/components
A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
Collaborate with teams responsible for design, campaigns, performance marketing, content, lifecycle, social media, insights, data analytics, in order to optimise each conversion path
Increase conversion rates and generate leads
Work with the design, campaign & CRM teams to optimise the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
Support the campaign team in the execution of marketing programs
You will be excellent at stakeholder management as you'll be working closely with the broader Australian team. You will also work with your regional colleagues (mostly based in Singapore) and share learnings.

About you
You’re incredibly organised, a stakeholder management whizz and love to find solutions. You're passionate about customer journeys and will understand what information our customers need at what stage of the demand funnel. You will be obsessed with how activity performs, before, during and after it goes to market. You will love numbers and will understand how to use your numbers to tell a story.

At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
Proficient in optimising CTAs and forms for lifecycle stage
Experience using a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS) and analytics platforms (e.g.
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Demonstrate organisational and time management expertise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple campaigns
