Key Responsibilities
•Consultancy to UM clients on best-in-class approach to data strategy and technology systems requirements to address client marketing challenges •In-depth understanding of client objectives and state in data and tech. maturity, to identify inefficiencies to recommend optimal technology practices •Working closely with UM and client internal teams to lead client assessments across their martech and the development and implementation of data strategy roadmap •Setting up systems integrations and data pipelines to enable improved data availability, portability and utility for various teams •Project management lead across all related workstreams to allocate resources and meet contractual obligations (time & cost) •Lead evaluation of data and tech systems partner quality and performance, by maintaining an understanding of the evolving market and key considerations •Elevate stakeholder technical systems knowledge of data and mar-tech subject matter and implications of key industry challenges, including development and delivery of training documentation and classes •Subject matter expert on marketing technology systems, providing critical guidance to all project decision making •Creation of specification documentation to support systems developers and technology implementation teamCore Abilities•Solid understanding of the role of different technology systems (CDP, DSP, Marketing Automation tools, Adserver) and experience working across some of the key technology systems partners/stack approaches (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Amobee, Google, amongst others) to deliver against a client’s data and technology strategy •Strategic, problem-solving mindset – providing the ability to trouble-shoot and find creative solutions for challenges •Ability to explain complexity in a simple language that enables our clients and their stakeholders to understand how technology can drive business outcomes •Eye for detail with the ability to ladder more micro insights and learnings into the bigger picture •Collaborative and partnership focused with output for best collective delivery •Strong project management, demonstrating application of best-in-class principles and practices to develop project plans •Client management skillsDesired Skills & Experience
•2+ years driving data and technology/systems solutions for clients •5+ years in or associated with the media or marketing technology/systems industry •A track record of moving projects from concept through to implementation •An ability to work in agile environments •The ability to pull together and manage across functional team to deliver outcomes Salary Range between $140,000 & $150,000 inclusive of SuperannuationAbout Us
