About Our ClientWork for one of Australia's leading, high-end fashion labels.
Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing role include, but are not limited to:
Lead and facilitate the formulation of a performance marketing strategy including SEO, SEM & Affiliate digital marketing channels, to drive acquisition, revenue and engagement KPIs across our global markets (AU, US, UK, EU and HK)
Build online traffic through optimising search, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, and other digital media plus testing new channel sources
Work with the digital team and our web agency to improve the structure, speed, accessibility and usability the ability of the brand to increase ranking and organic traffic
In collaboration with senior management, be responsible for the planning and budgetary control of all performance marketing channels and initiatives
Manage relationships with all third parties to ensure they deliver on their KPIs and obligations to the Zimmermann business

The Successful ApplicantThe successful Performance Marketing candidate will possess:
Strong background (3+years) in digital or performance marketing
Strong experience in eCommerce SEO, SEM and Affiliate marketing
Ability to develop creative assets to support campaigns, working with in house designers & agencies to build high engagement, on brand creative
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making with knowledge of online metrics and analysis, including advanced experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
