The Role:
As a self-motivated professional you'll operate as the conduit between the GM of Advice, paraplanning team and client services team with an emphasis on ensuring timely actioning of workflow. Possessing the ability to work autonomously, combined with superior time management and communication skills will reveal that you understand what it takes to manage long term relationships. Utilising a sophisticated digital approach to advice, the team will focus on interacting with the clients virtually – video conference etc.
Provide professional and proactive Advice to an existing book of (accumulator) clients
Preparation and reporting for client meetings
Support client request for information and manage client expectations
Work on client strategy development
Work closely with paraplanners to provide information required for SOA's
Work collaboratively with Client Service Managers to manage client workflow

Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
FP Degree Qualified / DFS or ADFS qualified or equivalent meeting the FASEA requirements
Minimum of 2-3+ years' experience in a similar role
Confident, collaborative, and willing to learn
Commitment to exceptional client service
Participate in process improvements within the business
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Impeccable time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
Outstanding attention to detail and a driven work ethic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of technical and compliance guidelines
