Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Telematics Project Manager .
This is a long-term contract up to 30 June 2023 with opportunity for extension , located at our Client'sCanberralocation with flexible work arrangements.
As the selected candidate, you will :
Engage with relevant stakeholders, identifying any gaps, risks, or issues;
Be prepared to provide specialist advice to working groups and LCD Stakeholders;
Manage obstacles that will impede the deliverables being successfully executed;
Successfully collaborate with ADF and APS staff and client contractors;
Self-manage their hours to ensure contractual obligations are being met and to advise the Project Manager of contractual risks;
Not work out of scope of contract; and
Be capable of working remotely (off site).

To be successful in this role you should have:
Has sufficient experience, knowledge, qualifications and ability to prepare successful documentation in support of the project.
Established and proven experience supporting complex ICT programs and projects as a project coordinator / project support officer in Commonwealth Government environments
Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry and/or domain work experience, as well as current and relevant project management experience is mandatory.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skill, with outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions
Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation. Is able to effectively engage with stakeholders across Defence including ADF, APS and other contract staff.
Preparing and coordinating program and project artefacts, including reporting, procurement and communications material
Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Project, DevOps, JIRA or similar software
Is able to be flexible and adaptable to the changing project management support needs of Logistic Branch, as required.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen holding NV1 Security Clearances.
