The Role:
Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, permanent Sales Consultant role, this is an exciting opportunity to engage new customers and retain our current customers through providing exceptional customer experiences every day. This position is based at our national Head Office in Mulgrave and focusses on driving sales, retention, leads and supporting with general customer enquiries as required across Australia and New Zealand.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Support online sales (including Electric Vehicles) across Australia and New Zealand
Drive retention leads resulting in our valued customers repurchasing another Mercedes-Benz vehicle
Apply a pro-active needs based selling methodology across all leads and channels to retain existing business and acquire new business
Support customers and retailers with general enquiries via email, LiveChat and phone
Provide a world-class customer experience with a view to "wow" every customer, employee or retailer on every interaction in line with customer service guidelines and expectations.

What you will need to be successful:
A strong passion for sales and driving success
Relevant experience within a vehicle dealership or automotive wholesale environment
A proven ability to work toward ambitious team and individual targets is essential
Strong listening and communication skills including a friendly and confident approach to sales and customer service
Experience using Salesforce.
