*Full Job Description – Human Resources Manager*

Our company is growing, and we believe that our team is the key to our success! We are looking for an HR Generalist to Manage our Human Resources. This role will focus on employee relations within TFL Franchise Systems and The Flying Locksmiths, while also managing personnel records, developing and implementing policies, administering all payroll, benefit plans and updating internal databases and assisting with recruitment efforts as needed. Knowledge of HR & employee relations best practices, payroll and benefits administration, and training & development is paramount.

*Human Resources Manager Essential Functions: *

* Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, and labor relations.
* Provide advice and counsel on general employee relations issues; support employees and managers through complex employee relations matters and questions
* Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
* Assists with employee recognition programs and initiatives
* Develop training & development initiatives across the organization
* Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Coordinate new hire materials on on-boarding activities
* Manage all benefit plans and reporting, as well as work with benefit vendors and benefits broker to help manage the benefits open enrollment process
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
* Manage employee records with confidentiality, proactively auditing and updating the HRIS system (PAYCHEX) with current information to ensure data integrity
* Provide support to employees across all entities with any HR-related questions and resolve any issues that may arise
* Project manage various HR programs and projects on an as needed basis to help support the growth of the organization and its employees

*Human Resources Manager Requirements: *

* 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced HR department required
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
* Understanding all components of human resources including policies, systems, databases and metrics required
* Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems required
* Experience with Paychex PEO preferred
* Desire to work as a team with a “results driven” approach
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize
* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with company Board of Directors or Executive Management
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
