Cellar Door Manager will be based in the idyllic sub region of Penwortham in the heart of the Clare Valley, this senior full-time role manages the day-to-day interaction with our most important asset, our customers. Working with a small, dedicated team, your role will be to guide the storytelling of Kilikanoon with wine enthusiasts from around the globe.

The Cellar Door Manager is responsible for a dedicated team to undertake the marketing and sales objectives of the Kilikanoon Cellar Door and customer experience.
A hands-on role, you will manage the operation of the Cellar Door leading to the achievement of established financial and cellar club acquisition goals providing a rich consumer experience, building on consumer loyalty.
You will interact with our existing customers and potential acquisitions at cellar door while also working closely with Kilikanoon Sales, Marketing, Wine Club, and the management team.
Wine industry experience
Sales and direct marketing experience
Experience with cloud-based CRM systems: Shopify and Hubspot
Numerate with strong organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a clear calm manner, comfortable talking on the phone and in person
Customer centric focus & Conflict resolution skills
