Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

Clerk Grade 7/8, Salary ($101,947 pa - $112,849 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The program's vision is to deliver world class customer experience and boost productivity across multiple Government Clusters, harmonising essential Government processes and services and making them easier to use, track, support, and report.
About the role
The role supports the application of consistent and effective change practices to ensure employee adoption of new behaviours, processes and technology as well as reinforcing the sustainability of change.
The primary responsibility will be deploying consistent change frameworks, tools and adapting plans and interventions outputs to account for differences in requirements, cultures and environment in order to maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
The successful candidate will:
Support the deployment change teams to drive effective change management practices, making the best use of Program defined techniques and formats.
Support the implementation of change management, communications and learning plans in the appropriate format to support systems and process transformation and improved experiences.
Support the execution of change evaluation work to include complexity assessments, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and business readiness assessments in alignment with the Program Change and Experience Strategy leveraging the agreed approaches and toolsets and provide timely input to Program reporting requirements.
Develop and deliver a variety of communication mediums such as newsletters, FAQ's, awareness and information sessions.
Attend and contribute to the Change and Experience Community of Practice and support the continuous improvement of Program frameworks and toolkits
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
1+ year Change Analyst/Management experience
Ability to accurately capture change impacts from a variety of data sources and interactions such as workshops, document analysis and transcripts
Ability to translate large and complex sets of change impact data into effective change planning and communications such as FAQs, QRGs, e-learning and other learning media
Excellent proficiency in IT productivity applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SmartSheets
Action and results oriented with a focus on achieving goals and metrics
Collaborates with all stakeholders respecting all social and cultural differences
Adaptable and responsive to time bound project deliverables
Strongly preferred requirements:
1+ years designing and delivering effective communications across a range of media
Experience in SAP and ERP implementation
Experience in Finance and HR business transformation projects
Experience in large and complex technology implementation projects
Experience in design and development of multimedia templates and content
