We are currently recruiting for a senior, experienced and tertiary-qualified Engineer to join our national team of talented engineers.
You will be part of projects improving line efficiency and the growth of the company with an approved budget and plans in place. 
The Role
Working autonomously but liaising closely with projects team to manage the program of planned capital works
Coordinating equipment and supplier selection for capital projects
Identifying and managing all stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle, ensuring adequate communication is maintained
Supporting the prioritisation of projects within the approved capital investment program
Validating business cases
Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and the development of people and processes.
To be successful
5 years + experience in engineering and project management roles
2 years + experience within an FMCG environment
University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation)
Experience with capital projects or large capital programs
Ability to thrive on change/complexity and coping with ambiguity
Resilience and a strong work ethic
Must be action oriented with urgency
