About the role:

Our Retail Planning team is responsible for working closely with Sales and Product Management to understand prospective clients requirements, and to architect innovative, impactful solutions that drive significant value. This exciting and rewarding role involves working closely with clients to carry out in-depth discoveries to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. These are used to create tailored demonstrations and presentations focused on value proposition. Demonstrating and proving the value of Kalibrate’s solutions is a key part of the role and in some cases that will result in our Retail Planning Consultantsbuilding proof of concepts and trial environments to allow prospective clients to try out our products and understand the value to their business. A Retail Planning Consultantwill typically have a good understanding of retail network development and an ability to understand highly technical concepts and be able to talk to them to a variety of audiences from Analyst up to C-Level. You will understand and integrate product value propositions both across the company and to clients, evangelising our message.

The role is full-time, in a hybrid working model.

The salary for this role is up to $140K AUD(+ commission) annually.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a variety of teams at Kalibrate including Sales, Product, Client Services and Consulting to help design and position Kalibrate’s solutions to prospective clients

Conduct in-depth discoveries with prospective clients to understand their current business and processes. Identify the pain points and potential solutions that Kalibrate can offer

Deliver tailored product demonstrations in line with best practices to show the value of the proposed solution(s)

Act as the product team lead on proof of concepts and trials

Assist in creating detailed proposals and RFI/RFP responses that outline Kalibrate's offering, scope of work and ROI

Contribute to the creation of Sales Enablement material and internal training content

Required Qualifications:

Degree qualified, preferably in a science, technical or business field
