This role is responsible for overall deliver Operations Management including Warehousing & Distribution and Customer Service functions for the ANZ market. Your role will be to be the key player to integrate Deliver as part of E2E Janssen supply chain through driving critical initiatives and program execution for business growth, customer service level optimization and operation excellence. What you'll do. Your key responsibilities will include the following: * Deliver BP and strategy plan for ANZ, lead the day-to-day operation and strategic project execution to meet all financial and non-financial metrics. * Supervise management distribution centre and TPL providers, collaborate with procurement team for TPL selection and drive operation excellence. * Develop BCP plan to improve the operation resilience. * Oversee management for the customer service operation team and leads the CX capability enhancement to transform customer experience. * Implement critical initiatives and program at country level together with the regional excellence team, drive the continues improvement by providing visibility, analytics focusing on Network optimization, OTIF-D, JJCC, SFDC and Cost to Serve initiative. * Issue management in alignment with sales team, Regulatory, legal, QA, Plan and EM /Make teams. * Ensure Quality, Regulatory, EHS and Trade operation compliance, support all on site audit and close all CAPA in time manner. * Build and develop diverse, high-performance teams, promote Deliver talent. * External interactions may include customers, 3 rd party distribution centres and suppliers, transportation providers, and customer service. Qualifications IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU Who you are. * Bachelor's / University Degree is required, with preference in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business area of study * Track record of experience in supply chain and logistic operations related experience in Pharm, Healthcare or FMCG industry. * Strong customer-focused orientation and pro-active attitude. * Experienced people leader that continuously develops the individuals and supports personal growth. * Track record of influencing internal and external partners without direct authority at multiple levels. * Ability to drive and shape change in ways of working, bring teams along change curve. * Strong communication skills, particularly summarizing complex detail into executive summaries. * Proven experience in analytical and continues improvement capability to deliver improved and sustainable results and outcomes. * Excellence computer, System (SAP) experience and fluency in English * Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally is required Every application is reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team and candidates will receive notification of the outcome of their application.
