We are seeking applications from candidates with specialist skills in customer service to fill the role of Passenger Services Manager. A busy role, this position is located at the Joondalup Train Station and reports directly to the Manager Customer Service. The responsibilities include leading and managing frontline Customer Service employees assigned to the Joondalup Train Line, in addition to liaising with customers, Customer Service, Security and other PTA staff and contractors in order to facilitate optimal customer service delivery across the urban rail network. The incumbent will also supervise employees and services to deliver safe, efficient mass passenger movements related to major sporting fixtures, music concerts and other events on a regular basis.

There is one permanent position available for an immediate start. All applicants must be in possession of a current Western Australian ‘C’ or ‘C-A’ Class Drivers Licence or equivalent and have the ability to work shift work and/or weekend work as required to a 24 hour 7 day a week roster.
This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
