*Job Summary: *

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from billing jobs to basic record keeping. You will need to have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

Shift is Mon-Fri: 6:30am-3:30pm

Must have at least 2 years of experience

*Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): *

Answer Calls

Schedule estimates for Project managers

Coordinate Gutter Crew’s Schedule

Send Crew on repair Jobs

Complete Invoicing for repairs

Complete timecards and payroll

Confirm permits and final inspections are complete for each job

Call companies and put their information into excel for campaigns

Visit companies and deliver marketing material.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Sacramento, CA 95826: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
