We are looking for a Regional Manager in our Texas market that can lead multiple locations as they expand the delivery of the Neuragenex Program.

*JOB DESCRIPTION/PERFORMANCE EVALUATION JOB SUMMARY*:

The Regional Clinic Manager is responsible for managing Neuragenex Treatment Centers in their respective region. It is the Regional Clinic Manager’s role to exemplify and execute Neuragenex’s mission and goals within budget and performance standards for their clinics and to communicate to staff by utilizing knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems. The Regional Clinic Manager will use skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising, and must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies. In addition, the Regional Clinic Manager will gather and interpret data in Neuragenex Treatment Centers physician office settings and must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*

· *Leadership: *Leads employees to accomplish all job objectives; inspires confidence and motivation; clearly defines expectations and maintains personal effectiveness under pressure.

· *Budgeting & Financials: * Monitors and analyzes budget and financial information and utilizes all resources in an effective and economical manner.

· *Responsibility & Accountability: * Develops standards and provides systems to monitor and evaluate physician office functions and assumes responsibility for designing methods to improve functions.

· *Problem Solving & Decision Making: *Uses effective problem identification and resolution skills as a method of sound decision making.

· *Communication: *Communicates effectively anddefines appropriate lines of authority for the clinic in alignment with administrative structure. Uses all methods of communication to disseminate information to staff in a timely manner.

· *Teaching Others/Self Development: *Achieves ongoing competency maintenance and develops a self-assessment plan to maintain personal competency.

· *Project/Specialized Job Knowledge: *Identifies and participates in special projects and develops standards and competencies related to implementation.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

1. Management experience required

2. Clinical background preferred

3. Bachelor’s degree preferred

4. Three years medical office experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
