Description

We are seeking Customer Support specilist to help in our call center. This role will be receiving inbound calls from service partners and customers regarding commercial HVAC systems. Right now this is an in office position but could potentially go remote.

Duties:

* Provide troubleshooting support via inbound calls, chats, or emails
* Follow up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolutions
* Data Entry; Log all calls in CRM and some scheduling of appointments

Job Requirements:

* Associates Degree recommended; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* 1+ year(s) experience in a technical support or client inbound support call center or similar environment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with HVAC software environment a plus
* Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
* Proficient computer skills, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
* Ability to produce clear, timely, and concise documentation, plus excellent problem-solving skills.
* Must be flexible on hours, Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 7:000PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday

Experience:
* Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
