Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding HVAC, Mechanical and Fire Safety service and installation company based in Redhill, Surrey. Formed in 2017, CoSourced have experienced rapid growth over the past 5 years and are now looking to appoint a Purchasing Administrator to support their growth. Ideally, you will: Have 5 years+ experience in Purchasing Confident communication style, preferably having had exposure to dealing with senior managers In return, you will: Join a growing, commercially-focussed and successful organisation that will provide genuine opportunities to develop your career and skill-set; Gain varied exposure in a diverse role, giving you great financial, operational and commercial experience in a business with an aggressive growth strategy; Have the exciting opportunity to improve the Purchasing function (and all associated processes), establish your own ideas, implement continued improvements and influence decisions in a senior level role, helping to further sharpen your commercial acumen Key responsibilities for the Purchasing Administrator: Raise purchase orders Check purchase order acknowledgements Recording goods received Progressing outstanding orders and maintaining progress reports Obtaining prices from suppliers Filing of purchase orders Liaising with the accounts team for invoice queries Dealing with supplier queries Answering the phone, email queries and providing general office support where required Assist the buying team with raising invoices and uploading invoices Checking stock availability Skills & experience:- Good negotiation skills Excellent Attention to detail Able to communicate well with more senior members of the CoSourced Team as well as with peers and the wider team Understanding of the need for high levels of customer service Numerate and literate
