The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the end to end management and delivery of Cartology client and Woolworths, Big W, Metro and Countdown Marketing digital screens and radio campaigns, from the point of content delivery through to campaign flighting and post-campaign reporting.
This position will have a significant focus on undertaking essential weekly delivery tasks, such as briefing in our creative partner for content development, optimising campaigns through targeted site allocations, and scheduling content for deployment through the various CMS. 
In addition to this, the role will require working closely with our Marketing stakeholders to assist with channel specific requirements, such as inventory forecasting and availability management, ensuring our networks are being utilised to their maximum potential and our stakeholders are receiving a high level of service. 
This role will also see you:

  • Be a key contact for any Screen Network & Radio content & scheduling queries, both internally and externally, ensuring consistent high service standards are upheld
  • Be a key contact for our creative partner, briefing in designs and content creation specific to an allocated client base across the media channels
  • Maintain on-going accuracy of digital network & radio campaigns delivered through the CMS portals, including national, store-specific, and audience based campaigns 
  • Understand and assist with campaign site allocations and other operational deliverables within the team as required
  • Liaise with the Marketing teams within the Woolworths ecosystem to coordinate and deploy their campaign content across the digital & radio networks
  • Liaise with the Countdown New Zealand team to coordinate and deploy their campaign content across the digital screens network
  • Proactively collaborate with fellow Operations team members regarding weekly campaign status’ to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns
  • Timely escalation of issues to management, and proactively seek and suggest solutions
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders within the assigned vertical to ensure client expectations are met
  • Assist other Cartology Delivery teams & Delivery Managers with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Comply and promote the core values of both Cartology and Woolworths

  • Relevant experience working in Digital or Radio operations, preferably in a media publisher organisation (desirable)
  • Experience working in customer focused working environments
  • Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment

  • Sound and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate across various levels
