    The Facilitator LOB is responsible for delivering mandatory and responsive training focusing on the needs of Aruma’s lines of business – Employment, Adults, Children’s Services and Community.

    The focus of the role is to build relationships with the managers in the lines of business and deliver training to improve service to customers and support compliance.

    Your responsibilities

  • Ensure training is being delivered in a variety of formats including virtual classroom, face to face training and facilitated sessions for accredited and in house modules.
  • Ensure feedback is being provided to line managers for any concerns about staff participation.
  • Monitor and ensure evaluation surveys are being implemented, meeting KPI level and results are discussed for continuous improvement of learning and development methods and materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate session requirements, such as enrolment administration, training resources, venues, accommodation, and travel.
  • Develop training resources which are accessible, version controlled and available for the rest of the team.
  • About you

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Learning and Development role.
  • Demonstrated competence in facilitating groups and individual learning.
  • Certificate IV in TAE.
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience working in the disability sector.
