Group Treasury Transformation 
This is an opportunity to make an impact on a long-term, business-critical project, crucial to maintaining Macquarie’s strong, conservative balance sheet. Supported by new data architecture and technology, the program is tasked with transforming the end-to-end capital and liquidity process from the operating model and system-landscape to the relevant calculation and reporting frameworks. 
Help transform our Group Treasury function and evolve the future of finance at Macquarie. 
What impact will you have? 
Working with business leaders and SMEs in the Financial Management group and wider Macquarie business, your day to day responsibilities in your role will include: 
Preparing and facilitating workshops to derive the future business process flows that will leverage our data and technical architecture 
Collaborating with risk and controls professionals to identify key risk and control points in the process 
Collaborating with technical business analysts to align requirements and business process 
Documentation of business processes and controls 
What skills will you use? 
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience
Strong track record of process re- engineering involving automation of data transformations 
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with finance and/or technical professionals
Influencing and coaching SMEs and business leaders on best practice business process design/documentation approaches 
Experience working in environments with strong risk and controls focus 
Experience in supporting operating model transition through the development of new processes 
Knowledge and application of lean, six sigma, customer journey development

You’re a natural collaborator and enjoy working with teams 
Flexibility to adapt approach and plans to changing environment and priorities
